NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
DON CHAPMAN, SO. TB, 5'10, 210. UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT MARTIN:
Chapman ran a school-record 47 times for a season-high 229 yards and four touchdowns in UT Martin's 49-20 win over Murray State. He also had one reception for 12 yards. Chapman finished the season with a league-high 1.396 rushing yards, breaking his own school record.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
RICKY SANTOS, SO. QB, 6'2, 215. UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE:
Santos established career highs in rushing (116 yards) and rushing touchdowns (three) while passing for 354 yards and four touchdowns in New Hampshire's 59-47 win over Maine, securing the Wildcats' first Atlantic 10 title since 1994. He completed 30-of-46 passes en route to setting the program's single-season record for touchdown passes with 33. Santos had 18 carries and scored on runs of 2, 7 and 24 yards. He was named the A-10 Offensive Player of the Week for the fifth time this season.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
JOHN HERMANN, JR. OLB, 6'3, 240. UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA:
Hermann recorded a team-high eight tackles (seven solo) in UNI's 41-17 win against Northern Arizona. He had 5.5 tackles-for-loss totaling 34 yards, with four sacks for minus -31 yards. Hermann also recovered a fumble, one of six turnovers committed by NAU. His 5.5 tackles-for-loss is a new school record, and his four sacks tied a school mark. The Panthers tied a school record with 16 TFL against the Lumberjacks, while the Panther defense held NAU to just 54 total offensive yards, including minus -44 rushing.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
PORTER JOHNSON, SR. LB, 5'10, 220. THE CITADEL:
Johnson led the Bulldog defense in a 22-14 win over VMI in the Military Classic of the South. He recorded a team-high 13 tackles (six solo) and had four tackles-for-loss for a total of 28 yards. Johnson also added 3.5 sacks for minus -25 yards and forced two fumbles. He is sixth in the conference averaging 7.8 tackles per game and third among the sack leaders with a total of 6.5.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
JAY McCAREINS, SR. CB, 6'0, 190. PRINCETON UNIVERSITY:
McCareins found a new way to score in the final game of his career. He caught a missed field goal in his own end zone and returned it 100 yards for a touchdown to give Princeton a 20-0 lead in its eventual 30-0 win at Dartmouth. McCareins added three tackles, and on his final collegiate play, he recorded his 18th career interception for 18 yards.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
CASEY GOUGH, JR. KR, 5'10, 191. COLLEGE OF THE HOLY CROSS:
Gough returned four kickoffs for 173 yards (43.3 yards per return) and a touchdown during Holy Cross' 51-33 win at Bucknell. After the Bison had cut the Crusaders' lead down to 10, Gough returned a third quarter kickoff 84 yards for a touchdown, the first kickoff return touchdown of his collegiate career. The 173 kickoff return yards are the fourth-highest single-game total in school history.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
WESLEY TAYLOR, SO. P/PK, 5'7, 170. FLORIDA A&M UNIVERSITY:
Taylor, after missing his first field goal of the day, bounced back to make his next four kicks, including a game-tying 43-yarder to send the game into overtime and a 17-yard game-winner in overtime to seal the win for the Rattlers. Taylor's final kick was voted the No. 9 Play-0f-the-Day on ESPN Sportscenter. His other field goals were 45 and 38 yarders. Taylor also converted both his extra point kicks and averaged 41.7 yards on three punts, with a long of 53 yards and one inside the opponent's 20-yard line as FAMU defeated Bethune-Cookman 26-23 in overtime.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE LINEMAN
JEFF BOLTON. SR. OC, 6'4, 302. MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY:
Led by senior All-America Jeff Bolton, Montana State's offensive line turned in a dominant performance in beating Montana 16-6. Bolton keyed a 143-yard rushing performance by freshman Evin Groves, the best game ever by a freshman in the series, and did not allow a quarterback sack. As a team the Bobcats rushed for 199 yards, and held the ball nearly 35 minutes.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE LINEMAN
RAYMOND HARRISON. R-FR. OC, 6'2, 275. SOUTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY:
Harrison earned his second straight lineman of the week honor as he led a unit that paved the way for a 211 yard rushing day for DeShawn Baker and 470 yards of total offense. Harrison graded out at 91-percent while recording eight pancake blocks, two knockdown blocks and two domination blocks as SCSU defeated North Carolina A&T 43-28.

NCAA 1-AA MID-MAJOR NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
JOSH JOHNSON, SO. QB, 6'3, 180. UNIVERSITY OF SAN DIEGO:
Johnson completed 24-of-37 passes for 375 yards and five touchdowns as the Toreros defeated Morehead State 47-40 in a hard-fought battle for the Pioneer Football League Championship. He also rushed five times for 34 yards.

NCAA 1-AA MID-MAJOR NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
MICHAEL FORD, SR. DB, 6'2, 190. DUQUESNE UNIVERSITY:
Ford scored a pair of touchdowns in a record-breaking performance in Duquesne's 44-17 season-ending win at St. Francis, Pa. Ford, who finished the game with six tackles (four solo), recovered a fumbled punt in the end zone for Duquesne's first score of the game and returned an interception 72-yards for a score to make it 28-17, breaking open a tight game. His 72-yard returned upped his career interception return yardage total to 347 (on 13 interceptions) breaking the DU return yardage record of 297 set by current Cleveland Browns cornerback Leigh Bodden (on 28 interceptions between 1999-02).

NCAA 1-AA MID-MAJOR NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
STEVEN STERN, SR. LB/ST, 6'0, 215. UNIVERSITY AT ALBANY:
Stern tied a career-high with four tackles, including three solo, on special teams play in the Great Danes' shutout win over Fordham, 41-0. The senior, who captured the team's most valuable special teams player award a season ago, played on kickoff cover and punt return units.

NCAA II NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
NATHAN BROWN, R-FR. QB, 6'1, 205. UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS:
Brown tied the school record with six touchdown passes and fell just one yard shy for the school record for passing yards in a single game. He completed 23-of-32 passes for 495 yards as UCA defeated Presbyterian 52-28 in NCAA Div. II second-round playoff action. Brown was 15-of-17 for four touchdowns and 274 yards at halftime.

NCAA II NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
CORY CANGELOSI. SR. S, 6'1, 202. UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS:
Cangelosi totaled three tackles, including 1.5 tackles-for-loss of four yards in a UCA 52-28 win over Presbyterian in NCAA Division II second-round playoff action. He also broke up three passes and had two interceptions. One interception came in the end zone on the first drive of the second half.

NCAA II NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
DAN SKUTA, R-FR. LB, 6'3, 240. GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY:
Skuta totaled 10 tackles, including 2.5 for losses totaling nine yards with two sacks for minus -eight yards. He also recovered a fumble and returned it for five yards as GVSU defeated North Dakota 17-3 in second-round NCAA Div. II playoff action.

NCAA II NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
THOMAS GARLAND. SR. P, 5'10, 180. UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS:
Garland punted four times for 200 yards (50.0 yards per punt) with a long of 60 yards, including one inside the 20-yard line and three for no return yards as UCA defeated Presbyterian 52-28 in NCAA Division II second-round playoff action.

NCAA III NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
TOM ARCIDIACONO, JR. RB, 6'0, 210. UNION (NY) COLLEGE:
Arcid-iacono was the spark that ignited Union to a 55-41 win over Ithaca. He rushed for 264 yards and five touchdowns on 32 carries and caught one pass for 30 yards.

NCAA III NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
BRETT ELLIOTT, SR. QB, 6'3, 210. LINFIELD COLLEGE:
Elliott threw for a school-record 525 yards and seven touchdowns, raising his career total to 102. In the lopsided, 63-21, win over Occidental, Elliott also had one carry for 10 yards and completed 31-of-41 passes. Occidental did pick up 475 total offensive yards in the game.

NCAA III NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
KEVIN McNAMARA. JR. DE, 5'10. 210. SAINT JOHN'S (MN) UNIVERSITY:
McNamara recorded 12 tackles (10 solo), including 8.5 tackles-for-loss of 56 yards, with 7.5 sacks for 49 yards in St. John's 62-3 victory against Monmouth (IL) in first-round NCAA Division III playoff action. McNamara broke the single-game school record with his 7.5 sacks which broke current assistant coach Jim Wagner's previous record of 6.5.

NCAA III NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
HUNTER HAMRICK, JR. P. 6'1, 175. UNIVERSITY OF MARY HARDIN-BAYLOR:
Hamrick punted five times for 222 yards (44.4 yards per punt average) with a long of 51 yards as Mary Hardin-Baylor won at Trinity (TX) 35-6 in NCAA Division III first-round playoff action.

NAIA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
CRAIG FOBBE, SR. QB, 6'3, 225. MORNINGSIDE COLLEGE:
Fobbe didn't let up after capping off a record-setting regular season with 475 yards passing last week. In the first-round playoff win against St. Ambrose, 58-7, he passed for 463 yards and six touchdowns, completing 23-of-29 passes. Fobbe raised his season's total to 250 completions to break the Mustangs' former record of 240 completions in a season he set last year. Fobbe, the NAIA national passing and total offense leader, raised his season's school-record totals to 4,126 yards passing, 4,121 yards total offense, and 35 touchdown passes. The 463 passing yards was the third-highest single-game total in Morningside history.

NAIA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
DEONTRAE JOHNSON, SR. WR, 6'3, 200. MORNINGSIDE COLLEGE:
Johnson caught nine passes for 287 yards and four touchdowns as MC beat St. Ambrose 58-7 in NAIA first-round playoff action. He set a Morningside single-game record with his 287 reception yards to shatter the former school record of 220 yards in a game by Ken Hoogensen against the University of South Dakota in 1964. Johnson caught TD passes of 54, 70, 80, and 18 yards to tie the Morningside record for touchdown receptions in a game previously set by Steve Schroeder against Missouri Western in 1970 and by Dan McClannahan against the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1971. The four touchdowns raised Johnson's season's total to 19 touchdowns to break the former Morningside record of 16 touchdowns in a season by Connie Callahan in 1949. He raised his season's scoring total to 114 points to break the former Morningside record of 111 points in a season by Jerry Johnson in 1917.

NAIA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
GARY COOPER, SR. LB. 6'1, 225. CARROLL (MT) COLLEGE:
Cooper totaled 15 tackles in a defensive struggle with Dickinson State to help secure a 23-13 win in the NAIA first-round playoff game.

NAIA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
CHAD HUSTEDT, SO. DB. 6'2, 190. MORNINGSIDE COLLEGE:
Hustedt registered 13 tackles (six solo) in Morningside's NAIA first-round playoff win over St. Ambrose, 58-7. He also returned one interception for two yards.

NAIA NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
BEN CHAET, SR. K/P. 6'0, 195. CARROLL (MT) COLLEGE:
Chaet punted eight times for 351 yards (43.9 yards average per punt) with a long of 56 yards as Carroll defeated Dickinson State 23-13 in NAIA first-round playoff action.

NCCAA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
JOE BOSEO, SR. QB, 6'2, 180. OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY:
Boseo completed 21-of-38 passes for 280 yards and one touchdown as ONU defeated Northwestern (MN) 29-13 to win the National Christian College Athletic Association's Victory Bowl.

NCCAA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
JOEY LOCHNER, SR. DB, 6'0, 175. OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY:
Lochner totaled five tackles and intercepted three passes to help gain the Victory Bowl Trophy by defeating Northwestern (MN) at home, 29-13.

NCCAA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
MAX MEAHER, JR. LB, 6'2, 220. NORTHWESTERN (MN) COLLEGE:
Meaher recorded 12 tackles (six solo) in a valiant effort to help his teammates win the Victory Bowl. He also recovered a fumble and returned his interception for 60 yards and a touchdown in the loss to Olivet Nazarene, 29-13.
