NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
RICKY SANTOS, SO. QB, 6'2, 215. UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE:
Santos, one of three finalists for the Walter Payton Award, amassed 458 yards of total offense with 345 passing yards, 106 rushing yards and seven receiving yards, but the No. 1 ranked and top-seeded University of New Hampshire football team was defeated 24-21 by No. 7 University of Northern Iowa. He completed 27-of-42 passes for three touchdowns, had 21 carries and one reception in the game.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
RICHIE WILLIAMS, SR. QB, 6'3, 190. APPALACHIAN STATE UNIVERSITY:
Williams riddled a vulnerable Southern Illinois secondary yesterday, passing for a season-high 367 yards and three touchdowns and propelling the Mountaineers to a 38-24 victory in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division I-AA playoffs. He completed 20-of-28 passes. Williams also rushed for 36 yards and one score on 14 carries, while converting a quick kick that was downed at the SIU one-yard line.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
MATT CHACHERE, SR. DL, 6'0, 230. CALIFORNIA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY-SAN LUIS OBISPO:
Chachere totaled nine tackles, including four tackles for losses of 13 yards with 1.5 sacks for minus -five yards, as Cal Poly came up short in the 14-7 loss to Texas State. He also broke up two passes and had one QB hurry.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
JOHN HERMANN, SR. DE, 6'3, 240. UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA:
Hermann totaled 11 tackles (seven solo), recovered a fumble and broke up two passes as Northern Iowa pulled out a 24-21, 1-AA quarterfinal playoff win at New Hampshire. With UNI leading 24-21, he deflected a pass on a fourth-down on the UNI 27-yard line. Hermann was also in on another key third-down stop with 2:57 left to play when he recovered a fumble.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
CRAIG TURNER, SO. RB/KR, 5'10, 190. SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY:
Turner returned two punts for 15 yards and five kickoffs for 175 yards (35.0 average yards per return in their 38-24 loss to Appalachian State in 1-AA quarterfinal playoff action. He returned the second-half kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown to narrow the gap to 24-10, but two touchdowns were as close as they managed to come to ASU.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
BRIAN WINGERT, JR. PK, 6'1, 183. UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA:
Wingert for the second week in a row kicked the game-winning field goal, this time a 22-yarder. He was also perfect on extra-point tries, connecting on all three as UNI defeated New Hampshire 24-21.

NCAA II NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
KENNE HENDERSON, SR. WR, 5'9, 185. TUSKEGEE UNIVERSITY:
Henderson caught 11 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns as Tuskegee held off Bowie State's comeback to pull out the win in the Pioneer Bowl, 28-26. He also returned one kickoff for 48 yards.

NCAA II NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
ISAAC REDMAN, SO. RB, 6'0, 220. BOWIE STATE UNIVERSITY:
Redman rushed for 207 yards and one touchdown on 37 carries in the 28-26 loss to Tuskegee in the Pioneer Bowl. He also had three kickoff returns for 75 yards.

NCAA II NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
ANTHONY ADAMS, SO. LB, 6'2, 230. GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY:
Adams totaled 10 tackles (five solo), including three tackles for loss (20 yards) with two sacks for minus -19 yards as GVSU whipped East Stroudsburg 55-20 in NCAA Div. II semi-final playoff action. He also broke up one pass.

NCAA II NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
MITCH HERRING, SR. P, 5'9, 217. NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY:
Herring punted four times for 179 yards (44.8 yards per kick) with a long of 56 yards and one landed inside the 20-yard line as Northwest Missouri defeated North Alabama 25-24 in NCAA Div. II semi-final playoff action.

NCAA II NATIONAL ALL-PURPOSE
BRANDON LANGSTON. SR. WR/KR, 5'9, 185. GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY:
Langston caught four passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns, while scoring another touchdown on an 18-yard carry as GVSU defeated East Stroudsburg 55-20 in NCAA Div. II semi-final playoff action. He also had two kickoff returns for 38 yards and returned one punt for 28 yards.

NCAA III NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
BRETT ELLIOTT, SR. QB, 6'3, 210. LINFIELD COLLEGE:
Elliott passed for a school-record 528 yards, completing 47-of-66 (both school records) pass attempts and five touchdowns. Elliott passed for more than 300 yards for the ninth time, tying an NCAA Div. III record. He ends his Linfield career with 8,614 passing yards and 110 touchdowns. For the day he also gained six yards rushing, but Linfield still lost a heartbreaker, 44-41, in NCAA Div. III quarterfinal playoff action to UW-Whitewater.

NCAA III NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
BRANDON HAZENBERG, SR. WR/CB, 5'11, 195. LINFIELD COLLEGE:
Hazenberg caught 14 of Elliott's passes for 171 yards and one touchdown and returned one kickoff for 15 yards in Linfield's 44-41 NCAA Div. III quarterfinal playoff loss to UW-Whitewater. On defense Hazenberg recorded three tackles, including one sack for five yards and registered two interceptions.

NCAA III NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
ZACH GARREN, FR. LB, 6'2. 220. ROWAN UNIVERSITY:
Garren totaled 11 tackles, including .5 tackle for loss of one yard as Rowan held on to defeat Delaware Valley 27-21 in their NCAA Div. III quarterfinal playoff match up. He also intercepted two passes returning them a total of 12 yards and broke up two other passes.

NCAA III NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
BRYAN ROBINSON, SO. DE, 6'3. 287. WESLEY COLLEGE:
Robinson registered 11 tackles, including five for 26 yards in losses with four sacks for minus -24 yards as Wesley destroyed Bridgewater, Va. 46-7 in NCAA Div. III quarterfinal playoff action. He also recorded one pass breakup.

NCAA III NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
NICK CROAK, SO. P/K. 5'10, 176. UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN AT WHITEWATER:
Croak punted four times for 192 yards (48.0 yard average per kick) with a long of 56 yards, including one inside the Linfield 20-yard line. He had eight kickoffs for 440 yards (55 yards per kick) as UW-W defeated Linfield 44-41.

NCAA III NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
JOE D'IMPERIO, SR. WR. 5'7, 170. ROWAN UNIVERSITY:
D'Imperio caught three passes for 74 yards and one touchdown, and rushed for eight yards on two carries as Rowan defeated Delaware Valley 27-21 in an NCAA Div. III quarterfinal playoff game. He also returned three kickoffs for 77 yards (25.7 average) and three punts for 35 yards (11.7 average).

NCAA III NATIONAL ALL-PURPOSE
BRAD McKECHNIE, SR. WR/KR. 5'11, 190. LINFIELD COLLEGE:
cKechnie caught 10 passes for 145 yards and one touchdown as Linfield lost a heartbreaker to Wisconsin-Whitewater 44-41 in NCAA Div. III quarterfinal playoff action. He also returned six kickoffs for 176 yards (29.3 average yards per return).

NAIA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
TYLER EMMERT, SR. QB, 6'2, 204. CARROLL (MT) COLLEGE:
Emmert completed 29-of-37 passes for 368 yards and five touchdowns as Carroll crushed Sioux Falls 55-0 in NAIA semi-final playoff action. He also rushed for 16 yards on four carries with one touchdown.

NAIA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
TYLER PETERSON, SR. WR, 5'11, 180. CARROLL (MT) COLLEGE:
Peterson caught nine of Emmert's passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns in Carroll's win over Sioux Falls 55-0 in NAIA semi-final playoff action.

NAIA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
CHAD HUSTEDT, SR. DB. 6'2, 190. MORNINGSIDE COLLEGE:
Hustedt recorded 18 tackles, including 10 solo in the semi-final NAIA playoff loss to Saint. Francis (IN), 42-14.

NAIA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
CAM SMITH, SO. P. 5'11, 189. UNIVERSITY OF SAINT FRANCIS (IN):
Smith punted five times for 212 yards (42.4 yards per punt average) with a long of 60 yards, including one inside the Morningside 20-yard line as USF defeated Morningside 42-14 inm NAIA semi-final playoff action.
