NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
ERIC SANDERS, SO. QB, 6'1, 190. UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA:
Sanders put on an offensive show as he completed his first nine passes for 200 yards and three touchdowns. Sanders finished the day as his finest so far as a Panther signal-caller. Sanders passed for a career-high 417 yards and tied a career-best with 24 completions and totaled four passing touchdowns. The Panthers defeated Texas State in a 1-AA semi-final playoff game, 40-37 in overtime.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
JASON HUNTER, SR. DE, 6'4, 235. APPALACHIAN STATE UNIVERSITY:
Hunter knocked the ball from Furman quarterback Ingle Martin's grasp and Mountaineer teammate Omarr Byrom scooped up the ball, and with it, a ticket to Tennessee. For the game he totaled 10 tackles, including two tackles for loss totaling three yards, caused a fumble and had one quarterback hurry. The Mountaineers defeated Furman in semi-final 1-AA playoff game 29-23.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
NATT THARP, JR. FS, 6'1, 208. UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA:
Tharp found just the right moment to record his first career inter- ception with a game-ending swipe at the UNI four-yard line, to preserve a 40-37 overtime victory at Texas State, in 1-AA semi-final playoff action. He totaled six tackles for the game.

NCAA 1-AA NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
BRIAN WINGERT, JR. PK, 6'1, 183. UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA:
Wingert for the third straight week kicked the game-winning field goal, this time a 25-yarder. He also kicked a 41-yard field goal earlier and converted two-of-three extra point kicks as UNI defeated Texas State 40-37 in overtime in 1-AA semi-final playoff action.

NCAA II NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
JOSH LAMBERSON, SR. QR, 6'1, 205. NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY:
Lamberson completed 33-of-49 passes for 326 yards and one touchdown in the 21-17 NCAA Div. II Championship game loss to Grand Valley State. He set an NCAA Championship record for most completed passes (33) and attempts (49). Lamberson tied a school record with his completions and his 326 passing yards is the third highest of his career. He set school season records for passing yards (3,766) and completions (324).

NCAA II NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
MIKE PETERSON. JR. TE, 6'3, 245. NORTHWEST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY:
Peterson became the 10th player in Championship history to go over 100 receiving yards as he posted a personal-best 150 yards on nine catches. His total was fifth-best ever behind the 270 done by Grand Valley State's David Kircus in 2002. He caught one touchdown pass in the NCAA Div. II Championship game loss to Grand Valley State 21-17.

NCAA II NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
ANTHONY ADAMS, SO. LB, 6'2, 230. GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY:
Adams totaled 12 tackles (six solo), including two tackles for loss (16 yards) with two sacks for GVSU in their 21-17 NCAA Div. II Championship victory over Northwest Missouri State.

NCAA II NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
MARK CATLIN. JR. WR/KR, 5'11, 185. GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY:
Catlin averaged 26.8 yards on four kickoff returns as GVSU escaped with a 21-17 win against Northwest Missouri State in the NCAA Div. II Championship game in Florence, Alabama.

NCAA III NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
JUSTIN BEAVER, SO. RB, 5'8, 196. UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN AT WHITEWATER:
Beaver, the leading rusher in Division III, led the Warhawks with 185 yards on 24 carries, giving him 2,295 this season. He scored two touchdowns. Whitewater defeated Wesley 58-6 in an NCAA Div. III semi-final playoff game.

NCAA III NATIONAL OFFENSIVE
NATE KMIC, FR. RB, 5'9, 190. MOUNT UNION COLLEGE:
Kmic carried the ball a career-high 48 times, one shy of the Mount Union record held by Mike DiBlasi (1970) and Dan Pugh (2002), for 178 yards and a touchdown. He also caught two passes for 36 yards and a score - giving him a team-high 16 touchdowns on the season. Mount Union defeated Rowan 19-7 in NCAA Div. III semi-final playoff action.

NCAA III NATIONAL DEFENSIVE
RANDY TOSH. SO. LB, 6'2. 248. ROWAN UNIVERSITY:
Tosh totaled 13 tackles, including three for losses (19 yards) with one sack for -eight yards in the Profs 19-7 loss to Mount Union in an NCAA Div. III playoff loss to Mount Union. He also caused a fumble.

NCAA III NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS
NEIL MRKVICKA, SO. WR/KR. 5'10, 178. UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN AT WHITEWATER:
Mrkvicka returned three punts for 88 yards (29.3 yards per return), including one for 73 yards as UW-W defeated Wesley 58-6 in an NCAA Div. III semi-final playoff game. He also had one kickoff return for 12 yards and caught one pass for 24 yards.
